About Me

Hi!  Welcome!  My name is Sarah.  I am the very blessed mother of four boys.  Jaxson, Joaquin, Cole & Wyatt (twins).

All my boys had their own agenda when they were born...they all came early!  This left very little 'me' time as up until recently I started 'working' again.  (Although I hardly call this work).  I am not complaining, I was very fortunate to be able to stay with them all this time.  Another reason why I took this amazing gig!  It allow's 'me' time and I get to show my boy's how to live a healthy lifestyle and help others all at the same time!

My transformation...between three pregnancies I gained a total of 150 lbs.  Meaning, somewhere or another along the way I needed to lose 150 lbs.

Well that was no small task.  Did you ever notice the older you get the harder it gets?  I have!  I knew my 'diet' wasn't cutting it anymore, especially chasing after four little boys and eating what they ate...it added up.  In the year 2013 my life took a dramatic change.  My golden retriever (aka my best friend) of 11 years got an aggressive form of cancer and died within the month.  I cannot express in words how much that hurt.  A month later my son, Joaquin, was diagnosed with autism, spd, and adhd.  Talk about a punch to the gut...a gut that was only getting bigger as I comforted myself with food.  Well long story shorter, I started working out on my own and proceeded to gain and lose the same 4-5 lbs for three months!  I knew I needed more help, let's face it I am 34 years old, things were not getting easier.  I turned to a workout that had just hit the market called PiYO.  I started drinking shakeology and really focused on my overall nutrition.  After just two weeks I knew this was my calling.  God had put this on my heart to help change the world, to help end the trend of obesity.
Fast forward to now.  I am working from home where I get to spend time with my boys as well as helping many others in the challenge groups I run each month.  The ability to change a life is nothing to take lightly.  It is very rewarding to the soul.  I cannot even call this work when I enjoy it so much.
